There have been several "replies" to my post "New weekly summary with clickable links" about cohousing in remodeled unique buildings: church or shaker mill. This post is mostly to give the thread a reasonable subject line. (Which I'll use in the next summary ...) Also note that many of us reserve the term "retrofit cohousing" for cohousing developed in existing housing with little if any change to the structures. I would expect a church would require much construction. Retrofiting the social relations and not necessarily the structures.
