Fred, thanks for renaming this thread. In Seattle a developer recently made
over a Christian Science Church as condos (not coho). They wanted to retain
the historic exterior which made it beautiful but VERY expensive. Their
timing was bad with the economic crash and it remains virtually unsold.
Hmmm.... maybe we could get it for coho?! Here's their link if anyone is
curious to see what can be done inside a church...
