Hello all --

I want to be sure everyone is aware of the upcoming opportunity to try out your
ideas for running your community in enjoyable ways. Have you often thought,
"Gee, if we organized our committees differently, we would be more effective."
Would you like more ease in your meetings? Are there issues that have been
dragging on for months? Do you wish more people would get more involved in the
community?

At CoHo University, June 15-16 you have a chance to try out your ideas.

In the Dynamic Governance workshop, we will be simulating a cohousing
community for two days. We'll compress days into minutes so that you can
quickly see the results of your experiments - with plenty of time to try
something again in a different way. I urge you to take this opportunity to
send a team of members of your community to be "cohousing scientists."
http://conference.cohousing.org/2011/register (The conference provides various
levels of registration. You can register just for Cohousing University and
this workshop or the entire conference.)

People guiding this two-day session will be John Buck, CT Butler, and me (from
the Baltimore-Washington area) and Ron Czecholinski from Asheville, North
Carolina.

Call or email me if you have any questions. Hope to see you there!

Best --
