And it doesn't even have to be a professional facilitator/mediator (even
though we do appreciate the work!). You can make arrangements with another
local community to swap facilitators. Skill and experience helps - and most
cohousing communities have both - but sometimes outsider-ness and the
resultant neutrality is even more important.
