Good catch! 

It was the unit that was purchased for the use of the parents that was
"determined to be classified as a "Second Home" by HUD" - not the
Guest Unit.

The Guest Unit is classified as a normal rental.

Sorry for the confusion!

Can you explain this?

Kitchens being classified as commercial has been a problem but I've
never heard of this.
