But where is the end to all this? What about associations that prohibit 
watching commercial television; or drinking soda; or engaging in hanky-panky? I 
am starting to imagine that maybe there is a website out there called 
WeirdCondoRules.org. Could be very entertaining.

Remember the not so good old days when land covenants prohibited racial or 
religious integration? Not all 'laws' are good just because they are law. Some 
just happen to get passed by powerful bigots. Racial bigots, religious bigots, 
health bigots and even aesthetic bigots. They're in charge of creating 
'historic' districts.  Culture changes and so do laws.
