2 BR beautiful, sunny second floor condo for rent in a supportive
co-housing community in South Town Corvallis. As the pictures below show,
it comes beautifully furnished. It's ideal for a young professional couple
or pair of graduate students. The community is a wonderful mix of young and
older while children abound on the path. The second floor nature allows for
a getaway with its own balcony. Participating in the community is an
important aspect to living in this apartment. Many opportunities for
gardening, helping in community meals and other activities will arise while
learning about co-housing.

The condo has an open floor kitchen, gas range with separate space for a
generous dining table. Tall ceilings allow for great light, but it is newly
constructed so is very snug with radiant floor heating and programmable
thermostat so it's warm when you want it. Heat is included, you only pay
electric. It is wired for cable. Both bedrooms have full closets for lots
of storage and large closet and extra bureaus for additional storage off
the main living area. No dogs, but cats may be allowed with deposit. On
site is a locked bike barn for bikes.

Rent is $1200 furnished. Some negotiation for un-furnished. 800 square
feet. Laundry is available in the Common House. It's only about 15-20 min
bike commute to OSU
