BTW, I am working on a compilation of some of the best resources and
policies that we (national organization board members) currently have
collected.  I will publish that soon to cohousing-l to solicit missing
material.  Once that is collected it will be available on the resources
page of cohousing.org.  In the meanwhile if your community has some good
policies and you want to forward them to me, that would be greatly
appreciated.
