A question about number of foreclosed units was asked in the recent cohousing 
survey conducted by the Cohousing Association of the US.  Question 37 "How many 
units are in foreclosure or foreclosed?"   68 cohousing communities, or 87% of 
the communities survey reported none; eight communities replied, one unit, and 
one community said two units and another community said three.  None were 
higher.
