I would suggest having a section for specific policies etc.  Communities that 
don't have a tech-minded person eager to update might add a disclaimer along 
the lines of - This is a sample of XXXX community's  policies.  We update our 
policies online yearly/ every six months/ every blue moon.  This will give the 
curious a much better sense of your community processes even if the specifics 
may have shifted a bit.
