We are legally a condominium.  Each unit's share of the common property is
considered part of the unit, so the taxes are included in the property
taxes on our homes.  It's not separated out in any way - you can't look at
your tax bill and say "this part is for my unit and this part is for my
share of the common property".

In our case the common property is all of the land plus some portions of
the buildings, but all condominiums would work like that, even if the
common house is a separate structure.
