You have the option to sign up for group meals in the Common House 2
to 3 times weekly, for a small fee. And of course... getting to know
your friendly neighbors.

OUR COMMUNITY: FrogSong Cohousing has 30 condos/townhouses for people
and kids of all ages, on almost two acres of land. The Common House
offers a commercial-scale kitchen and a dining room where we also have
gatherings and parties, two level children's play room, laundry
facilities, and lounges for meetings or watching movies with
neighbors. Shared dinners are optional, about three times per week,
and there are various opportunities to participate in community
activities such as yoga and much more. Outdoor common areas include an
organic vegetable garden, vibrant permaculture landscape with
flowering shrubs, lots of fruit trees, chickens, custom hot tub, and a
grassy field. Wonderful children's play areas include cobb sandbox and
unique play structure.

OUR LOCATION and NEIGHBORHOOD: FrogSong is about one hour North of San
Francisco, and just a few blocks from downtown Cotati. Walk to nearby
grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation, parks, and easy
access to a wetland preserve across the street and a beautiful walking
path along a creek.

SONOMA COUNTY: Gateway to world-class wine region and vibrant
family-run farms selling organic produce, artisan cheeses, and other
farm products. This is a great base for explorations to the ancient
redwoods, the rugged Sonoma Coast, kayaking on the Russian River,
nearby charming communities of Petaluma, Santa Rosa and Sebastopol,
and of course San Francisco and the entire Bay Area.
