Does the law apply to condominium grounds or are we considered a private property and it doesn't apply. She said it applies to us. 2. Can we allow dog owners to allow their dogs run free on our property? Answer was yes, but the HOA then assumes responsibility for dogs running free. She seems shocked that I would ask the second question. Some of our residents were shocked by the response to the first that we are not a private property like a single family home.
