Just a request to try to put the people before the descriptor in language:

People who use wheel chairs 
People who have disabilities
People who live in cohousing

rather than wheelchair bound, the disabled, cohousers.

These are my friends and family and it feels better to me to think about people 
and their needs, rather than as needs alone. 

It helps me remember that the point of the rules is to give access to real 
people who I know and love.
