Sociocracy, also known as Dynamic Governance, is a whole systems approach
that does all that; communities, businesses, and organizations around the
world use it. With this method, you can spend less time in meetings

optimize group
intelligence and wisdom while retaining individual perspectives and
contributions.

Learn how “circles can make your world go ‘round.” In a sociocratic
organization, all members participate in circle meetings using formats that
ensure equivalence and transparency and getting things done. This
experiential workshop will focus on applications for communities, groups
and organizations at any stage, from forming to well-established. Learn how
to have more enjoyable, efficient, and productive meetings. Practice
consent decision-making and a new selection process for who does what —
both lead to high commitment and performance. Learn how to align your
organization’s decisions and actions with its vision and mission, and to
align efforts of all those collaborating on a project while preserving each
sub-group’s autonomy. The workshop will offer participants an opportunity
to engage directly with issues of governance structure, process, issues,
and solutions in real-life contexts.****
