The building is LEED-silver certified green building, has bike storage 
rooms, a communal kitchen area and dining area, green roof with picnic 
area, elevators, and other amenities. The building is heated and cooled 
by geothermal system, with additional heating/cooling units in the 
apartment. The building also includes Internet access.

There is street parking as well as a country garage next door for rented 
parking. Although it is an apartment building, it is designed to be a 
community and is in a residential area of Silver Spring but very close 
to the downtown area and Metro.
