Hi,

I was wondering if any of you has used Kickstarter.com for funding of
community projects, or any other ways of crowdfunding?

I know a couple of businesses & artists that have been successful with
Kickstarter or similar sites, but I haven't seen it being used (by people I
know) that use it for real estate, etc.
