We are a small community with more than our share of bad backs/ wrist/ shoulder 
issues.  People who are miss work days or aren't feeling up to participating 
due to busy-ness, physical issues, trips etc.. are encouraged to pay 15$ an 
hour to cover the work they are not doing.  Usually at least one or two 
households do this, and we hire a strong back to get those heavier chores 
done.
