  Thank you Katie Henry for explaining why the laundry room at a coho should be 
much larger per machine than the laundry room at an apartment/condo complex. 
It's very easy to underestimate the amount of space you will need in this room.
  Also, forming groups should design units so that if you have a washer and 
dryer they don't take up space that is badly needed for something else. In the 
1-bedroom units here at Mosaic Commons, if you have laundry machines you can't 
have a coat closet or broom closet because the machines take up the space where 
these would go.
