Hello all --

In the first four days, eight people signed up for the Mid Atlantic Regional 
bus tour on May18th!   You can get $15.00 off by signing up for the Early Bird 
special until 11:59 p.m. April 7th.   Such a deal!

While this tour takes place in DC, MD and VA, we do have presentations from MAC 
communities in PA to round out our geographic area.  And guess what?  Even if 
your community is not in our region ... you can still benefit from our bus 
tour! 

Do you have "hot" prospects on your prospect list that are teetering on the 
fence?  The surest way to push them over to your side ... to convert a "hot" 
prospect into a neighbor is for them to come on the bus tour.  People are SUPER 
excited once they've been to see "real" communities up and running.  They are 
in a mindful state.  This is the precise time to invite them to be your 
neighbors.

It is worth your marketing dollars -- an INVESTMENT of your marketing dollars 
-- to pay for your prospect(s) to come on the tour.  By all means ... do choose 
a bus tour in your region.  But if there's not one in your region don't be shy 
about another bus tour.

The MAC bus tour happens once a year.  It always sells out.  Take advantage of 
this great outreach tool and encourage your prospects to participate.  Then, be 
ready to talk to them afterwards about joining your community.
