My husband Ron and I have been following co-housing for some time and have 
lived in various intentional communities for over 12 years.  Currently we are 
developing an "intentional" neighborhood in West Asheville, NC on 3.25 acres of 
rolling hills and 50 year old trees, a very park like setting. The plans 
consists of 9-10 small cottages, ranging from 500 sq. ft to 1,500 sq.ft. 
healthy and sustainably built, creatively designed.  The property now has an 
existing house that we are renovating for a common house, where we are 
currently living.

Within this project we see the value of not only creative well built homes, but 
the building of authentic and growing relationships.  We work with awareness 
practices, compassionate communication and sociocratic decision making.  Our 
vision also includes the plans for a community garden as we grow, with the hope
