co-op  housing in Boston for quite awhile and while we still need to be
commuting  distance from the city for at least a year, we are hoping to move
out a bit  to save money/have more space.

However we can't make more than a year  commitment and aren't ready to
purchase anyway. Does anyone know of any  resources for people in our
situation? We love co-housing and most likely  will participate in the
future (or some other communal living situation)  but are just looking for a
place for the next year.
