at Burlington East Village Cohousing  in Burlington VT on November 3.

My community, Pioneer Valley Cohousing in Amherst MA, has implemented
sociocracy greater sense of productivity and ease.

Sociocracy is a form of consensus practice that focuses not only on
decision making but also on organizational structure and ongoing
improvement in support of effectiveness, efficiency and transparency.
Sociocracy is spreading throughout New England and is also practiced in
Belfast Cohousing in ME, Champlain Valley Cohousing in VT, Green Haven
Cohousing in CT, and Cohabitat Quebec. There are study groups and/or
partial implementations of Sociocracy in a half dozen more communities in
New England.
I (Jerry Koch-Gonzalez) am a 19 year resident of Pioneer Valley Cohousing
and a certified trainer in both NVC (nonviolent communication) and
Sociocracy.
