in beautiful Nevada City (Ca) co housing. One cat and one small dog ( maybe on the dog), to care for. No snow to speak of in NCCOHO but lots for skiing less than an hour away. Music, theater, yoga classes and coffee bars for people watching are just a few of the things that are available within walking distance.....
