Cohousing-L Mailing List: Clearness committee for issues other than membership

Our community is considering the creation of a clearness committee to
address issues that are creating tension in the community.

Would love to hear about the process and results if anyone out there has
had the experience  other than in a Quaker Meeting, or as a way of
discerning whether or not a potential member would be a good fit.
