Cohousing-L Mailing List: Re: Communities with a low-cost/affordability focus

Diana, thanks for introducing me to the Opportunity Village! At a glance,
it looks like the kind of thing I'm looking for. I see that it's intended
for homeless people, but I don't see any reason the concept couldn't as
well apply to people with homes who are just looking to downsize and
simplify.
