Hi Laura,

The Prairie Spruce Commons community (www.prairiespruce.com) is currently
working on a 27-unit urban cohousing project in the heart of Regina near
several schools, public amenities and a few blocks from the core. The
projected move-in is Fall 2016.

Here's the breakdown of units:

3x   Studios        (527 sf)
4x   1BR             (622 sf)
13x 1BR + Den  (823 sf)
3x   2BR             (945 sf)
4x   2BR+ /3BR  (1180 sf)

13 of 27 units are currently spoken for by equity members and the group is
actively seeking new families to join the community.
