We now require a host in residence after a major mixup in rooms with no one in 
charge and no phone number to call. The person didn't even know the number or 
the last name of the person who let her into the room. It was someone who 
didn't live in the community but was a friend of a friend.

People think their guest won't cause any problems. No one will know they are 
there. It doesn't work. Either they are in the CH doing something a member 
thinks they shouldn't do or they need help with something. They have to have a 
host in residence and present when they are here.
