Cats and dogs will always be a problem.  Cobb Hill has visited and
revisited their policy.  Recently we lost a house sale because of strict
policy and decided house sales were more important than cats.  We re- wrote
the policy to be animal friendly as it is true that pets are part of
people's families.  People kill more birds a year than cats so I remind
people to not get on their righteous track. Belfast pilucy is good...the
best I have seen and ultimately there will be just indoor cats...with an
occasional move in out door cat.  If you lived in a regular neighborhood
you would have zero control.
