This is a 3-bedroom unit (2 bedrooms will be available) with 1½ bathrooms.
Located in downtown Cotati, in California's Wine Country (Sonoma County),
an hour north of San Francisco. Built in 2003, this townhouse has a
dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a large flat-screen TV
with cable and a sound system. There is a small backyard that backs on to
the community open space.  No pets or smoking.  For use by up to 4 persons.


As part of the multi-generational FrogSong cohousing community
http://www.cotaticohousing.org/, you will have access to a common house
with laundry facilities, a community kitchen and dining room, a playroom,
workshop, unlimited internet service, an outdoor spa, fruit trees, a
vegetable garden, bicycle storage, on-site parking, and outdoor play areas.
Shared meals are also available at an extra cost.  FrogSong is a
self-managed community, currently in its 12th year.



Price: $1500.  Owner will need limited access to unit at the beginning and
end of July.
