I have designed a cohousing community with 15 years of effort.  I
started a meetup group to move this further.  It is a very good
design.  I am not a wierdo but rather a Big Ten MBA graduate.  I
live in Austin, TX a sizeable place to put in cohousing.  A lot of
people have interest but are not willing to pick up a pencil to do
ANYTHING.
