CORRECTION: “_without_ a parental figure managing them.”

As in sociocracy, the attention goes to the content, not the way is presented. 
A statement is either recorded as part of the current process or directed to 
the appropriate time and place. But based on content, not the facilitator’s 
ability to mediate or pacify or draw out a person.
