Bank Lenders to Cohousing TIC

Thanks for questions and answers. Yes, it's a Tenancy in Common, our only
option in our county and like a co-op I think. Being a TIC is not ideal, but
was what we could do to create cohousing in an affordable property we found,
already built. In California, at least in our county, it would be expensive
and difficult, if not impossible, to convert to condos. And I mention
"impossible" because of money politics which you probably don't care to know
the details about.
We have already had a lot of help/consultation/etc. from lawyers and county
planners.
No one has mentioned any other banks so far. Does anyone know a contact at
National Coop Bank who would be helpful?
Thanks,
Fern, New Brighton Cohousing
