Hello,Here's an interesting aspect: In one of our households, there is a man who is now 52, a woman who is 46, and their son who is 8. In three years, they will be ages 55, 49, and 11, respectively. If they wanted to, could they buy into an age-55 community at that time?

The rules apply just as outlined in Sharon?s post below.
