We've lived in our 24-unit cohousing for 20 years, with only 7 units
changing hands. Here's the next one, which also happens to be the largest
one. Especially good for a larger family, or two small families that want
to share a kitchen. I'll bet we'll put an ad on the cohousing website, but
we're starting here. The clock is ticking on our 30 day right of first
refusal, where the community can provide a buyer at the price the seller
has set. Our next open houses are tonight (Thursday Oct 22) and Sunday Oct
25.

It is a large house, full of sunlight, with 4 bedrooms (two with lofts),
2.5 baths, a fully finished basement, 2 car garage, huge family room (in
addition to regular living room), screened in porch, and solar panels. It's

acres of conservation land. Our community is walking distance to West

New View Cohousing is a multi-generational neighborhood of 27 households
located in Acton. We share a community building, acres of beautiful open
space, and a commitment to living together as a community. The connections
and support we have created where we live complement our private lives and
our involvement with the larger world. We are structured as a condo, with
individual ownership of each unit, and shared ownership of the land and
common areas.
