The replies quickly got off on the issue of spam on wiki's etc.
I never got around to replying about a cohousing wiki...

I tried to start a cohousing wiki in 2007 and in part due to the spam
/ maintenance problem but more due to minmal use I closed it.

Here is a post about it's demise:

See some details below from http://l.cohousing.org/c-l-hist.htm

The idea of crowd sourced, editing our collective knowledge is great.
Wikipedia has proved this. But it takes some dedicated people doing
the editing work. The earlier cohousing wiki failed but maybe another
attempt could succeed in motivating enough people to do enough to be
useful. I suggest doing it by strating an article at the Intentional
Communities Wiki http://wiki.ic.org/

[ I am unsure how well this wiki is working and maintained. I saw
a few anommalies when I browsed it. Anyone more familiar with it? ]

Some details about defunct Cohousing Wiki:

In March 2007 the Cohousing Wiki was started to provide a
collaboratively developed and maintained reference web pages about
cohousing. One main goal was to develop an archive of example
documents such as Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs). The
wiki could also have summaries and pointers to notable threads in
Cohousing-L. To date the Cohousing Wiki has not gotten much
development effort. Volunteers are encouraged to check out this site.
About the same time the Intentional Communities Wiki (
http://wiki.ic.org/ ) has been developed that has significant
cohousing topics. Both use the open source Mediawiki software that is
used by the popular http://en.wikipedia.org/ general collaborative
online encyclopedia.

2012:
The Cohousing Wiki was shut down in 2011 tho the link
http://wiki.cohousing.org/ now is to a page about details and wiki
archives. The IC Wiki is still around.
