Silver Sage Village is senior cohousing and after 10 years, we're in the process of contracting out management of the general maintenance, major construction / replacement projects, much of the landscaping, snow removal. We'll continue all of the soft stuff like incidental gardening, shoveling snow to our cars, planning the dinners etc. I doubt any property manager will want to do event planning and walk dogs. Even the community control freaks are beginning to see the light and this is going to be a tough letting go process. Any thoughts? Ideas about handling the money? Cold turkey or Nicorette?
