Wow, Great question. I've wondered what impact Cohousing communities can and tend to have on their surrounding neighborhoods and cities / towns. I'm sure it varies widely, but certainly in areas where there are communities... more of them tend to follow. That in itself is a positive impact. Would love to hear more stories!
