Cohousing-L Mailing List: Common House use agreements

Hi. Germantown Commons, Nashville cohousing community now has a common house.
We’ve already received a request from an outside group to host an event at our 
common house.

Do any of you have written agreements you could send me to pass on to our 
members?
We’re thinking we'll draft up an interim agreement and can sure use all the 
experience and ideas from those who have gone before us.
