Southside Park Cohousing is walking distance from downtown Sacramento, Crocker Art Museum, Golden 1 Arena, Old Sacramento and the State Capitol. It is located close to major employment, shopping, recreational areas and schools. There is easy access to I-5, I-80 and routes 50 and 99, AMTRAK and the Sacramento International Airport. This second story flat has a walk-in closet and a deck. It has lots of windows, especially on the north side, providing plenty of natural light and a great view of the trees outside. The HOA fee for this unit is $333/month which includes access to a clubhouse with kitchen and dining area, laundry room, kids room, rec room and sitting room, and a hot tub, gardens and playground on site. All City utilities are included in the HOA fee. Cohousing is a condominium with a strong sense of community. There are community dinners about two or three times a week and parties or other social events about once a month. Neighbors support each other with rides, child care, loaned stuff, etc., often at a moment's notice. There is almost always someone to spend time with and talk to. Cohousing is a very friendly place to live. This is the perfect place for someone who wants to live in a community. Each housing unit is complete with kitchen, living and dining areas in addition to the large kitchen and dining area in the clubhouse. We would be glad to give you a tour of our cohousing community.
