Cohousing-L Mailing List: cohousing in condo

Check out Boulder Creek community in Boulder, Colorado.   There is a 20-unit
rather unusual  cohousing community in the midst of a traditional 363-unit
condominium complex.   The originator, Greg Sherwin, bought a dozen or so
units and sells them to prospective cohousing members or arranges
rent-to-own terms.   One purchased unit serves as the common house.   The
scenic Boulder Creek is on one side of the complex.   Contact Greg for a
