Update to my last comment, here is text from their website:

So maybe the figures would be helpful, if Liberty Village wanted to supply that 
information to CondoTek. I’m not sure what their process would be for keeping 
all that information up-to-date, however. So depending on the efficacy of their 
service, it could help or hurt a borrower.

Ah, maybe I wasn’t clear on the purpose of this request. I didn’t get the 
impression from Tom that his condo/cohousing was applying for a loan. My 
impression was that this request came out of the blue, and was more a request 
for general docs, in which case their financials would not be any of Condotek’s 
business. 

There does seem to be an ongoing demand for template or example docs and 
financials—it seems every cohousing and village has to reinvent both fire and 
the wheel each time.
