Kayelily, one of my favorite civil engineers here in Texas is very good
with environmentally-responsible "waste" water treatment. You might look at
his website (http://www.venhuizen-ww.com/) to read about the biological
treatment systems he does. Then you could see if there is an engineer in
your area who can do similar systems. For an upcoming small cohousing
project, the plan is for David to design two systems to serve 18 homes.
