Our cohousing community is interested in finding out what other communities
are doing when homes in the community are for sale.

The glossary on the cohousing.org website has the following:

   *Right of first refusal*: Some cohousing communities have a policy that
the seller of a cohousing unit must offer his or her home for purchase to
the community or to an individual or individuals within the community
before putting it on the open market. We are requesting information from
other cohousing communities who have some policy regarding resale
procedures that include this option?
