Alice and others are so smart to discuss this before the conference. Usually I
show up at the registration desk and see all kinds of things to sign up for.
I’m tried from the trip, people are jostling and often loud. And I have to make
sense of what i’m seeing. Sign up now or it will be too late. Find a table at
the banquet before you even know who you want to sit with — who is attending?
Who has room for you?

Plust it’s great publicity for the next conference. It isn’t all about sitting
in lectures. Interesting as they are having people to discuss them with and new
experiences in Nashville are also exciting and important.

Explanations and organizing before the conference is a fabulous thing to do.
Brilliant.

And agan we have this list that makes that possible.
