Hello All,
At Great Oak Cohousing (in Ann Arbor Michigan) we are looking to improve the 
condition of our pedestrian ways during the winter.

Currently we use a truck with a snow plow and a tractor with a shovel and a 
scraper.  This does an ok job removing snow, but our walk ways and parking lot 
can be icy for extended periods of time.

Do any communities have experience with snow brushes (either as a tractor 
attachment or walk behind)?

Are they easy to use?  Do they do the job?
