Left off the actual information about the bike storage room. It's in the basement of our Common House, with access from interior basement hallway, as well as exterior ramp that lead up to the street. We have 30 condos, with approximately 55 people (both large and small) and the bike room has space for about 100 bicycles. We have some bike racks (both wall and floor-mounted), but most bikes are just parked more or less perpendicular to the walls. Less frequently used bikes in the back of the room generally. And there's a small workshop area with bike repair tools at the end near the door. The Bike Team does an annual inventory and bikes that don't have a sticker indicating the apartment number of the owner eventually get donated. It seems to work pretty well.
