I'm afraid I can't directly answer this question, but maybe it's relevant
to say that we have a long-time agreement that kids' bikes etc may not be
left on the pedway overnight. Our community is pretty dark at night and
they would constitute a serious tripping-falling hazard.

I think the parents really took this agreement to heart, and it has been
very successful over the years. Hopefully, our newest crop of young
families have been informed - we have a large number of really young-uns
now, many at the age to be whizzing around on their little vehicles.
