As I said, each case needs to be evaluated. Out in the civilian world, 
people take one another to court over this more often than is seemly 
(you would think neighbors could have a respectful discussion and arrive 
at a mutually satisfactory solution). But a cohousing community has less 
confrontational processes available, I would think.
