Like Sheila said in her post about our “brilliant” meal program...if you don’t 
pay/reimburse...that’s the easiest/least complicated system. And people can 
stay within their household budgets- different as those may be. 

And we have mandatory participation to cook (to ensure we have regular meals 3x 
weekly)...and perhaps as result, most everyone attends meals.
